Returns, Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A consumer (a natural person acting outside of any business or professional activity) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, under Articles 52–59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Purchases made with a business VAT number and corporate billing details are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

How to request a return

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email at gssforniture@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number, the SKU of the items and the reason. We will send you a Return Authorization (RMA) with the exact address to ship to.

• Parcels sent without authorization, or to an address we did not provide, will not be accepted.
• Once authorized, ship the product within 14 days via a tracked carrier.

Conditions and return costs

• The product must be returned intact and complete: original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, brackets, seals and labels, with serial numbers intact and no signs of use beyond what is necessary to ascertain its characteristics.
• Where the value is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary, we deduct from the refund an amount proportional to the loss of value (Art. 57(2)).
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer (Art. 57(1)), and the risk of transport remains with the customer until we receive the parcel. A tracked, insured carrier is recommended.

Exclusions from withdrawal (Art. 59)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are configured, assembled or programmed to order (e.g. pre-configured NVRs, custom kits), to products sealed and opened after delivery, and to software, licences or firmware once activated.

Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the product — or of proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier — via the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until the goods are actually received.

Warranty and defective products

All products carry the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity (12 months for VAT-registered buyers) under Articles 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, in addition to any applicable manufacturer warranty.

If a product is defective, non-conforming or wrong through our fault, the return is free of charge for the customer: write to us within 30 days of discovering the defect, attaching photos/video, the order number and the serial number. After inspection you may choose between repair, replacement or refund, as provided by law. Defects caused by improper use, incorrect installation, tampering or accidental damage are not covered.
