  • How long is the warranty?

    All products are covered by a 24-month warranty. Please keep your purchase receipt: you can use it to activate direct assistance or to entrust us with the RMA process.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We process your order within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes place within 20-40 business days, because most items are made to order rather than held in stock. For products in immediate stock it is much faster, and the lead time shown on the product page takes precedence over this general term. Tracking is emailed the moment the courier collects the parcel.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, Bancontact and, for instalments, Klarna and Scalapay. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; which methods are actually available depends on the amount and country, and is what the payment page shows. Advance bank transfer is also available, handled directly by the Seller: the order ships once the funds clear.

  • Can I return a product?

    Yes — if you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. The product must be intact, with the original packaging and accessories. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number and business billing details. The full procedure is on the “Returns” page.

  • Do you offer technical support after purchase?

    Yes. Every customer gets remote assistance and diagnostics.

  • Can I order as a business with a VAT number?

    Of course. At checkout you can enter your company name, VAT number and SDI / PEC to complete your business details. We operate under the Italian flat-rate scheme (L. 190/2014): prices are final and no VAT is charged, so there is no VAT to deduct. For volume orders and custom projects, contact us before checkout for a dedicated quote.

  • Can you help me choose the right system?

    Yes. We help you choose the products and kits that best fit your needs and support you remotely with the configuration.

    A huge thank you to the GSS Forniture team! My son recommended your site to me for kitting out our properties, and I ordered from France. I am really very pleased. I bought several Hikvision DS-7600 series NVRs and a batch of ColorVu 3.0 fixed turret cameras with AcuSense 3.0, Motion Detection 3.0 and two-way audio.
